Welcome to No Contact. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
No Contact is a mobile application designed to support post-breakup recovery. It offers streak tracking, mood check-ins, journaling, community posts, achievements, and an AI-powered coaching feature.
No Contact is not a medical service, therapy platform, or crisis intervention tool. The app provides self-help tools and peer support. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use No Contact. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your email address current. You may not share your account or let others access it on your behalf.
You retain ownership of all content you create in No Contact, including journal entries, community posts, and chat messages. By posting content to public areas of the app (such as community posts), you grant us a limited license to display that content to other users within the app.
We do not claim ownership of your private content (journal entries, coach conversations). We access this data only as needed to provide the service.

You can delete your account directly within the app under Profile → Delete Account, or by contacting us at support@nocontact.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or if we determine that your use of the app poses a risk to other users or to the service.
No Contact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any content will be preserved indefinitely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Contact and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
